Is not always about physical diet and exercise. We often forget the other areas- such as emotional. It all starts with observing your energies and the surrounding energies. Do you find yourself drained near certain people or places? If yes- make adjustments to minimize its impact. Continue to do this over time. Eventually, you will notice the emotional weight loss leads to physical weight loss.

Sometimes we have to delve deep into the emotional wounds to begin the healing process. The process is a roller coaster of mountains and valleys. The trade off is you learn from all of the experiences to get closer to your “heaven on earth”.
